Roger Everett
President
Dependable and analytical logistics specialist with a background as a military logistician, coordinating third-party transport, production, purchase, shipment, warehousing and delivery of products. He has led sales and operations for over two decades. During that time, he has specialized in cultivating the company’s international airfreight, CFS and domestic supply chain strategies. As President, he also oversees a broad range of global & strategic accounts. Through his Roger has served as Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, National Account Executive and Vice President of Sales. He is a graduate of King’s College with a B.A. in International Business and Economics.
Randall Clark
Vice President
Prior to joining NAMINC, Randall has held executive-level roles in international logistics at several large BCO’s. Randall has broad leadership and experience in Ocean, Origin Management, Consolidation, Air, Drayage and Domestic Transportation. He’s a graduate of the UNC-Charlotte and is currently working on his Masters in Supply Chain at the University of Wisconsin.
Patrick Allridge
CFO
As chief financial officer, Patrick Allridge is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. He also oversees and manages all human resources and facilities activities. His career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy.
Earlier in his career, Patrick held senior-level positions in both investment and commercial banking companies, Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in economics and finance from the University of Hartford.
